If so, our one-on-one personal training is right for you. We will set realistic short-term and long-term goals. Work around any injuries or health related obstacles you are facing and design a workout program and nutrition plan just for you.
What to expect on your first session: On your first visit, we will take your measurements, photos, body-fat percentage and take you through a fitness test. This will give us a record of where you are starting and what kind of workout program I will be designing for you. At this time we will also go over your eating habits and preferences. The first week of each month we will check your progress.
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in, tennis shoes & bring your water. We provide everything else you need at the studio.
What to expect on your second session: Your next session will be your first full workout and you will be given a plan of action for your diet and a chance to check-out a cookbook or two.
We offer 30 min sessions meeting 2-3x a week taking your goals and schedule into account.
In order to ensure the best results we require a 3 month commitment.
2x a Week: $240. per mo.
3x a Week: $360. per mo.
